I would like to start maraton training again. Jogging is been just been doen very easily. Half an hour - 40 minutes. But I feel that there is a need to do also something else to gather strength and vitality to do it all over again.
Plus I know it will be quite a big stress for my body and mind. Last time it was. I should train a lot more as I did last time. I had only one month extra training for my last half maraton.
That´s why there is a need to have more people around to plan kind of exercise. Is there any good and easy way to start maraton training.
